Preview: Aaron Wheatley: Three Year Olds Close to Futurity

Aaron Wheatley prepares two 3-year-olds for the Australian NCHA Open Futurity which is about two months away. In the first video, Aaron aims to give the horse a positive experience on the cow.

Part 1
The cows are pushy, so Aaron shows how to get the horse comfortable holding a cow without over-exposing her.
Part 2
Aaron teaches the horse to draw the cow to him by giving the cow a release through the middle of the turn.
Part 3
Aaron continues to work the same horse. He explains that the horse has an issue with speed but doesn't want to make an issue out of it but instead help the horse to figure it out.
