Tessa Buntin Dominates The 2015 NCHA $35,000 Non Pro World Championship!

December 9th, 2015 by CHTO

Tessa Buntin made cutting look an easy game when she took out her first world title at the 2015 NCHA World Finals in Fort Worth.

Tessa rode Smooth and Mighty to win both the World Championship and the average in the $35,000 Non-Pro division.

Tessa’s horse was trained by her husband, Monty Buntin, based in California. She totaled more than $19,000 in earnings for the year.

She told CHTO’s Simone Cobb, it was not just the first year she hauled but the first year she ever competed in cutting!
