Gary Gonsalves realized his dream last night when he claimed victory in the Open Derby Final of the 2015 National Cutting Horse Association Summer Spectacular in Fort Worth.
There was a frenzy of whooping and cheering as Gary showed Reyzin The Cash to mark a 227, winning the championship with a 4 point lead!
It’s the first win in the Will Rogers Coliseum for Gary, a long-time trainer who’s won over $3.4-million. He told CHTO’s Simone Cobb how much this win means to him.
