The key to cutting is getting the cow stopped and Bill demonstrates how and where he adjusts his angle on the cow to help get it stopped. He also explains which foot to use and where to use it on the horse. The key Bill says is, "you can't hold your foot on the horse." He explains how to catch the horse with your foot and then release it immediately.
Part 2
Bill explains and demonstrates the three options you always have when making a cut that everyone can apply in the show pen. He shows you the best option and how he uses these principles with clock management. He also reveals the key to cutting bad cattle.
