Molly Bellefeuille, DVM, passion for horses has led her to be one of the most sought after equine veterinarians in Weatherford, Texas and the surrounding areas. She is the proud owner of her practice Northern Star Equine. Dr. Molly has the flexiblty to be a mobile DVM and come straight to her clients.

Dr. Bellefeuille attended Washington State University where she obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, achieved a Master’s degree in Animal Reproduction and then earning her DVM. Dr. Bellefeuille completed her internship with Equine Sports Medicine and Surgery in Weatherford, Texas. After her internship year, she began her surgical residency with ESMS.
As Northern Star Equine continues to grow, Molly excited to take on more clients close to home in Weatherford,Texas, to horses across the United States.
A lifetime of dedication to horses has led her to be an expert in her field. Dr. Bellefeuille specializes in advanced lameness, orthopedic/soft tissue surgery and reproduction. Yet with over a decade under her belt working hands on with horses, Dr. Molly can do just about anything to help insure the health of your horse.
Bellefeuille credits her mother for introducing her to horses.It all started with 4-H – then progressed into showing western performance quarter horses. From age 15, through her high school career, Bellefeuille volunteered and worked as a mixed-animal veterinarian clinic. It was always her objective to become a veterinarian one day~ And that she did!
Her deep love and passion for the horse gives Dr. Bellefeuille the ability to be compassionate to the not only the horse, but to owners as well.
