Beau works a couple of Metallic Cat 2 year olds on cattle and explains what he is looking for at this time of the year (early Fall). He wants to be smooth with his hands and works on having the horse’s belly out of the way so he can create a pocket for an efficient turn and to help draw the cow in. He likes to step to a cow a lot to create caution and to help encourage a horse’s eye appeal on a cow.
