RL Chartier is an NCHA Hall Of Fame rider with over $2.3 Million in NCHA lifetime earnings.  He grew up in Michigan where he worked and learned from his dad, long time cutting horse trainer, Randy Chartier.  He moved to Weatherford, TX to further his career in the cutting horse industry and apprenticed under Clint Allen at Wrigley Ranch.
