1. Why is my Video buffering?

To play any video properly without buffering on the internet you need high-speed broadband internet service. If your video is buffering (i.e, keeps pausing as it waits for the video to load) then that is something we have no control over, unfortunately. Please check with your internet service provider to make sure there is no problem with your service or to upgrade to high-speed broadband.

If you have a slower speed high speed connection, the video will need to load almost fully in order to play through without choppiness. Each video segment is up to 10 minutes long. If you have a slower connection, you can click on the segment, let it buffer in for five or six minutes, then play it from the beginning. The video will then play through without choppiness. Please try this out with the sample videos so you can see if this is going to work for you.

2. Does it matter which internet browser I use?

We find that videos play smoother and without interruption when using Firefox or Google Chrome versus Internet Explorer or Safari. If you do not have Firefox or Chrome on your computer, it’s a very simple process to download and install. Click on the link below to get started!

3. What can I do if I’m having trouble logging in or playing videos?

Here are three simple steps you can take to making it easier to log in and play videos without interruptions or stop your computer from remembering incorrect information:

Clear the cookies on your computer.
Change to a lower resolution.
Exit other programs that may be playing in the “background” or close other windows which can slow down your computer.

4. How do I find the videos I’m interested in?

We have organized the videos into five main categories: Training, Showing, Horse Care, Outside The Arena, and Winning Show Runs. You can also look for videos by a trainer you are interested in by clicking on trainers on the Home Page under Videos, or under the main image where you see a box labeled Trainers. At any point when you are in videos, the categories and trainers can be seen on the right-hand side of the page.

To help you find specific videos we encourage you to use the search box and type in exactly what you are looking for. All our videos have been tagged according to their content so you be able to quickly find exactly what you are looking for.
