Travis has already won in excess of $1.4 million in the NCHA, even though he began his training career riding reined cowhorses and reiners.
Travis got introduced to the cow horse industry whilst at high school by getting lessons from Nick Constantino. Once he left school he went and worked for Canadian Hall of Fame cutting horse trainer Les Timmons, Caley Wilson and then worked for Bob Avila for two years before he opened his own business TR Performance Horses in 2012. He now trains for the public in Abbotsford B.C, Canada with his wife Holly.
