Miranda demonstrates how she gets a horse ready and what signs she is looking for to let her know the horse is ready. She explains loper etiquette and why she sits the trot on some of her horses versus posting the trot.
Part 3
Miranda identifies the four main mistakes lopers make when getting a horse show ready. She explains how she gets a hot horse ready and when you know a horse is too tired.
Part 4
Cooling down a horse is just as important as warming one up! Miranda explains why we have to treat our horses just like professional athletes and why you should be on the correct diagonal when trotting and correct lead when loping. Find out when to ask for a change in direction in the loping pen and she talks about saddling.
