Kathy Daughn demonstrates why she’s not only one of the sport’s best trainers, but why she’s one of the best teachers. Here she gives instruction to Len Allen and Zoe Compton, each on two different horses. Kathy explains how the flag can be used a great practice tool for non-pros.

Part 1
Kathy guides Len Allen on a practice horse, emphazising to the rider to treat the flag the same as a cow.
Part 2
Kathy instructs Zoe Compton on a four year old, showing how the flag is a great tool to warm up on before using cows.
Part 3
In part 3, Kathy teaches Len Allen on a different horse using the flag. Here she shows the rider the importance of taking his feet out of the stirrups and sitting right into the saddle.
Part 4
Kathy shows Zoe Compton on a turn back horse, again emphasizing loose legs.
